Sara Tunich Koinch (Durga Sunuwar ) I am an art learner, art lover, and freelance artist. I was born in Shindhuli, 1991 December 2 then our family migrate from Shindhuli to Dhanusha. I completed slc from Shree Sarbjananik Higher Secondary School and studied +2 in management with a major in computer science at Mahendra Boudha Higher Secondary School. My Mother is a local market shopkeeper and my Father is a carpenter. I couldn't come with from a family an art background but art was always around me.

My art journey began when I was at college and doing the job as a traditional thangka Artist for 3 years . While I was in the traditional art field I was really curious about art and trying to know the pose of gods and goddesses and the meaning of color and theory and history. After the complete secondary level of education, I knew it was a fine art campus and decide to join.
In 2014 I joined the Lalit Kala Campus and completed my Bachelor's degree in painting as a major subject and done art volunteered in different art projects like Kathmandu Triennale and trans studio project 4.4 by Bikalpa art center. Started participating in Different art projects and workshops. I love all the forms of art on canvas I love to explore mural art in Different places. I had done different workshops like botanical illustrations 2014, save the Elephant, save the Earth which is Organized by apple international education 2016, The Object Artist and the Project vs subject creativity by(Theory and Praxis with nexus culture)2017, wall painting and Doodle workshops by Satya media group, Printmaking Etching Workshop by Nepal Printmaking Academy 2018, sculpture/wood Printmaking workshops by NAFA,2018, Art workshops and performance art by Karnali art center2018,7days wood sculpture workshops.
Pencil, Paper, canvas, color, and other mediums are major assests to explore my thinking and experience. Nowadays I Want to explore the other medium for my concept and subject that I choose. I have always been inclined Toward humans, society, and culture as the subject of my art. These days I am researching and doing my own culture because I want to know my own roots and my identity. So, art is a way to explore, create, invent, live, and express our feeling about us about society . For me art is free to anyone, and art is engaged anywhere any time day to day in our daily life. I am always inspired by different artists and the person, nowadays My inspirations are contemporary artists and art. In my Art journey, I Participated several National Art exhibitions like Alfresco Art Exhibition 2017/18 by Alfresco Magazine, National Art 2017-18-19, Season, women group exhibition 2019, and Commemorative Painting Workshop and Residency by bikalpa art cafe 2019, Virtual Nude Art Exhibition2020, ART AND MUSIC MELA 2021 and Karnali Ka Rangaharu2021, Virtual Exhibition Pray for myanmar2021 Indonesia, Young Artist show2021, poems from home2022, women Creative Energy 2022, Venue Team Coordinator/Exhibition Tour Guide in Kathmandu Triennale 2077, recently participated in group exhibitions women in action 2023 and windows to the sky by Takpa Art Gallery.
